如何處理難看的外梯牆？

 

看，上麵是隔壁鄰居雇的韓工（價貴），多年的外梯磚，縫細出現露空時，他用工具，填糊水泥，弄得很漂亮。

下麵是我們貪便宜，雇的墨工，就直接糊上水泥，風吹雨淋的，變成黑花班濫的外貌，你有沒辦法補救，改貌嗎？
