國家應緊急采取有效措施保護礦產資源

This post was displayed 7 years, that is reposted here to urge that '國家應緊急采取有效措施保護礦產資源 ' simply because that China has a huge population but relatively lacks of natural resources including minerals. Next generation of technologies deadly relies on critical minerals. Each nation, particularly like USA, is stressing the importance of strategic resources. China should follow this too. Otherwise, it is too late.

國家應緊急采取有效措施保護礦產資源

礦產資源是國家經濟發展和國民賴以生存所必需的戰略物資。中國國內礦產資源是
國有財富，為全體國民所擁有，必須由國有企業所控製，為國民經濟服務。

外資企業和私有企業可以參與我國礦產資源的勘探，研究和開發活動。但是，外資
企業和私有企業資本所占這類項目的比例必須由國家有關部門嚴格控製在49%以下。

國家應盡快對已被外資企業和私有企業控股的我國國內礦產資源項目采取有效措施，
盡快達到這一目標，用立法的方式確定下來。政府若能做到這點，必將造福國民子
孫後代。
