2a. 碗裏的蝦上灑些鹽,新碾胡椒粉,橄欖油拌一下,
2c 烤箱400F度烤個6~8分鍾,中間翻一下
盛出來蝦涼個3~5分鍾.
3. 調一下汁兒:美奶汁(或蛋黃醬mayo),橙子皮屑,新榨橙子汁兒,白葡萄酒醋,少許鹽,自己碾的pepper;
4. 蝦上撒少許紅洋蔥末,刺山柑(capers), 葷香(dills 蒔蘿), 拌勻,然後澆上上麵的調好的汁兒。 如果在室溫下蓋塑料薄膜放30分鍾再吃會更近味道。

1 ts good olive oil
salt and freshly ground black pepper
1cup good mayonnaise
1 ts grated orange zest (2 oranges)
2 ts freshly squeezed orange juice
1 ts good white wine vinegar
1/4 cup minced fresh dill
2 ts drained capers
2 ts small-diced red onion
