我一直喜歡的護膚品清單

近些年我試用過的,喜愛的護膚品清單（真心推薦經典款-我的皮膚保養秘笈）

 

年輕時不曾好好打理自己的皮膚，不情願往臉上糊錢。近幾年才開始好好打理，不打理不行，大多數人，人到中年，什麽都往下墜，什麽都耷拉著，臉上長皺紋不說，還有斑點疹子，膚色不勻。還好，我在趁著臉上皺紋不算多的時候加入了認真護膚的行列，把年輕時省下的護膚錢現在用到刀刃上。

現在不論走到哪，都有認識或不認識的人誇我的皮膚好，都以為我是三十來歲，還請教我護膚秘訣（以前沒有過，人年輕時皮膚好而細，把臉洗幹淨，擦點保濕霜就好了），著實是讓我心花怒放。90% 是我使用過的，正裝或小樣兒，您不用全部同時擁有，到SEPHORA 或 NORDSTROM 的店裏試一試，每年選兩三樣使用就好了。

 

1. 綠茶洗麵奶

我現在每天早晚用，很好使，還有淡淡的綠茶香味

我以前試過小樣（SEPHORA 送的），冬天擦很好，就這天擦。以後買正裝，在我的WISH LIST 上，我買它的理由是它可緊膚。

我一周使用兩晚。您要是年輕時得過青春痘留下疤痕痘印，這個很好使，最好晚上使，以免白天和陽光有反應。我因年輕時沒起過青春痘，也沒張過唑瘡，一周使2次抗抗皮膚衰老氧化就夠了。（自我理解著使，效果不錯，早上睡醒臉又嫩又光亮，最好的果酸配方和比例）
