2021希臘之行(9): Corfu (Achilles Heel)

離開Ioannina，開車到 Igoumenitsa 再搭乘輪渡前往Corfu島

 

 

 

 

The Achilleion Palace是奧地利皇後茜茜公主1889年修建的夏宮。茜茜公主非常喜歡這裏的自然風光，也喜歡古希臘的曆史，她用古希臘第一勇士Achilles的名字來命名她的夏宮

 

在電影《特洛伊》中，Achilles是電影裏的男主角。相傳Achilles是大洋神女Thetis的兒子。Zeus曾經想約P大洋神女Thetis。但Prometheus(普羅米修斯) 告訴了Zeus一個秘密，大洋神女Thetis的兒子的成就將超過他的父親。Zeus一想，要是Thetis生下我的兒子，這兒子超過我的話，這神界就沒我什麽事了，嚇得Zeus不敢約Thetis了，還把Thetis許給 Peleus

 

 

Achilles一出生，大洋神女Thetis就抓著他的腳踝將Achilles的全身浸泡在冥河裏。成年後，Achilles非常健壯，身體近乎刀槍不入。但由於大洋神女Thetis抓的太緊，以至於冥河的水沒有接觸到Achilles的腳踝，使其成為日後的弱點。現在Achilles Heel 一詞特指某人或某事物的最大或者唯一弱點。

 

在特洛伊戰爭中，Achilles率領來自Myrmidon的士兵，驍勇善戰，號令嚴明，戰無不勝。現在Myrmidon這個詞往往指嚴格服從命令的人。但由於希臘聯軍的統帥Agamemnon搶走了Achilles俘虜的女奴，Achilles拒絕出戰。希臘聯軍戰場上接連失敗，一度被打回到登陸的岸邊。Achilles的表兄弟Patroclus穿上Achilles的鎧甲出戰，被特洛伊第一勇士Hector王子所殺。Achilles被徹底激怒，再次出戰，殺死了特洛伊王子Hector。Achilles最後被Hector的弟弟, 特洛伊王子帕裏斯(Paris), 在光明之神Appllo指點下用箭射中腳踝，希臘第一勇士因此而死去。特洛伊王子帕裏斯在金蘋果事件中判定愛神Aphrodite是最美麗的女神，然後在愛神的幫助下劫走了最美麗的女人Helen，從而引發特洛伊戰爭。後來特洛伊王子帕裏斯(Paris)被希臘聯軍的弓箭手Philoctetes射死。一個金蘋果造成了多少生靈塗炭

在宮殿旁邊的一家餐廳，有一個巨大的觀景平台，可以俯覽Ionian Sea

 

 

Corfu老城的城堡，始建於公元6世紀，現存的建築主要是奧斯曼土耳其和威尼斯人加固的

沒有約到Scuba Diving，隻好自己浮潛

再P２個星空玩玩，要是能自己拍到這樣的星空就完美了
