RuneScape Dev：Hardwood Farming and Seaweed Farming

Hard wood farming is in a nice spot right now. The primary niggle is the inconsistency on their growth due the oddities from the Farming timer, a legacy piece of code pre-dating even the 3 years ago era of RuneScape. We've undertaken a full rewrite of the entire Farming timer program, aiming to make the development rates more consistent. This is now in testing; we're not really predicting an exact day for it, since from the rather large thing to test and debug, but we hope to give you this improvement by the end of the yr.
