對這些雷區我持敬而遠之的態度。尤其在麵試新員工時,千萬不要詢問與這些有關的話題。平時工作中,也要注意,不要犯規。
言語上犯規:
- Nagative comments about religious beliefs
- Racist slang, phrases or nicknames
- Remarks about skin color or other ethnic traits
- Offensive reference to mental or physical disability
- Derogator age-related comments
行為上犯規:
- Unnecessary or unwelcome touching
- Violations of the law
- Offensive gestures
非語言犯規:
- Offensive clothing
- Racist drawings or posters
- Hanging a noose
電信犯規:
- Offensive E-mail
- Offensive instant messages, texts
- Offensive software of other electronic files
- Inappropriate gestures
- Internet, fax, and other electronic media
- Riduculing participants on a zoom or teams call
- Defacing a team members profile picture
- Muting a participant
公司對管理人員有額外的要求:
- Manager must promote a culture of ethics and compliance.
- Never encourage employees to achieve business results at the expense of ethical conduct
- Never ignore complaints or reports of misconduct
- Never retaliate or ignore acts of retaliation against others
