紐約五大道九大博物館共襄盛舉:一英裏博物館大派對

已有二十八年傳統的紐約一年一度 Museum Mile Festival，於六月十二日晚六點至九點開場。九家位於第五大道 82-105 Street 之間的全美最好的博物館，包括紐約大都會藝術博物館和古根漢姆美術館，都敞開大門，免費開放。第五大道這段一英裏長路段包括二十三個街區全部封閉，多家樂隊分別在各個博物館附近為公眾表演，同時還有很多為兒童舉辦的各種各樣的繪畫活動及其他 high art 表演。這也是紐約最大規模的 High Art 街坊派對，每年都有五萬多人踴躍參加。

我和老公提前兩個小時下班趕去，這次主要想看看大都會博物館今年剛剛裝修好，重新開放的古希臘及羅馬展館。
