IYR Evaluation 2016-12-30

I prefer typing Chinese, but after upgraded the Win7 to win10, the Chinese input software never works right. it is painful to use. So, I'd rather use English, and hope no one will pick on my English. 

The overall conclusion is "keep watching", the apple is not ripe yet. 

it is interesting that in the past two days, IYR was trending countering the overall market. not quite sure why.

Also, for anyone trades IYR， you may consider Vnq which is probably better. Someone explained to me but I forgot the reasons. There was no commition fee for IYR previously, but not true anymore.
