Many nights with boy scout buddies,

Lit marshmallows and shiny stars.

Hug n smile of friends’ daddies,

Just can’t cover my invisible scars.

I brought along my precious toys,

pretended I was abounded in joys.

But I yearn for the only star I adore,

it’s above where you left us for.
