Hurricane Harvey hit Texas hard over the weekend, and it still anticipates another 2 feet of rain. Now, the Houston area is just like an inland with dotted islands. Many people lost almost everything they possess. We hear the need to help, we feel the pain they are experiencing, and We pray for Texas. This ferocious storm is to cost Texas tens of billions of dollars. it is well known that Texas is the center of petroleum and gas exports, and chemical exports. Houston is where the black gold is turned into refined products like gasoline, diesel fuel, heating oil, and other distillates. The recovery process would be long, and it may bring a bump of economic growth due to the need of rebuilding.
