Wells Fargo is in news again. Since September 2016, the troubled banking giant has been in the attention of law makers and federal regulators. By opening millions of unauthorized accounts, the bank "met" its sales goal. Some of the low level employees knew something went wrong. However, when they reported the issue to their managers, they got fired in the name of ridiculous excuses. Moreover, Wells Fargo closed the ways of being sued by the former employees. Now, It becomes clear that Wells Fargo has gone too far. It is justified that the bank well deserved the fines and other treatment imposed by the federal regulator. And there is more to come for the bank to deal with.
Wells Fargo clearly has internal control problems. It should have had an independent committee to handle employee complaints and procedures to protect the whistle blowers.
看看富國銀行都做了什麽事!!太不道德,打擊報複whistle blower, 管理層卻安然無恙。。。
