【今日房貸利率】CA, FL, GA, IL, MD, TX, VA, WA - 2021年2月23日星期二

SUMMARY:今天(2月23日星期二)的利率價格和昨天相比繼續變差。中國有句古話,“病來如山倒,病區如抽絲”。房貸利率的表現類似,上漲幾乎是一夜之間的事情,但下跌時則是一步一步地緩慢下滑。在過去的一個多星期裏,長期利率上漲幅度驚人,30年固定的重貸利率已經上漲了近0.375%!所以建議大家不要期望利率抄底,應盡快下手鎖定利率。

目前加州重新貸款51萬的利率,30年固定的零費用重貸利率漲至3.25%,15年固定為2.375%;購房貸款50萬左右,30年固定的利率漲至2.875%,15年仍為2.25% with 0 point, plus closing cost。


如果你想鎖定一個理想的利率,你首先應盡快選定一家貸款公司開始遞交房貸申請,著手準備材料,然後就耐心等待,等到利率滿意的時候再下手鎖定利率。現在重新貸款的人很多,各家貸款公司都在滿負荷運轉;同時現在利率變好通常維持的時間很短,如果你等到利率變好的當天再下手開始申請,很有可能會貽誤時機。
