Have you listened to others? Do you know whether they also have difficulties in life? I can't remember who said that, when we listen to others, we forget our pain, when we try to help others by sharing their heavy burden, we forget our pain...
So, let's help each other...

Also, I don't think anyone would laugh at you when you are in difficulties, if we laugh at somebody, we would be laughed at in the same situation in the near future ...
Most people have sincere and kind hearts, I believe...

It's hard to know you are writting on behalf of whom and to whom this poem is addressed. I can only say,there is no difference between my interventions/comments and myself, as I am not yet a poet. What I have are only sympathy and boring advices.
I learned in recent years to free myself from the thinking "to have" or "not to have", rather,to focus on the thinking "what to give".
This way, when certain people are fighting for the purpose of "having something",I at least kept myself away from being hurt by the competition.
Why compete desperately? we are all brothers and sisters. In addition, there are so many good things, the warm sun, fresh air, green grassland, clear rivers, snow mountains,blue sky, to enjoy. If you don't mind the difference of social positions, you can always make new friends( although I havn't made many, my boss gave me too much work to do).
Knowing that the help I and others could give perhaps is limited,and that only you can really help yourself, still, I hope to cheer you up, if possible.
