封了瘋了

       加州州長剛剛發布重大疫情宣告：立即實行全州封閉 statewide stay-home order effective immediately。
       About 56% of the state population could get infected, 20% hospitalized。
       The number of Infected cases has exceeded projections of all models。
       56%的人口感染是一千六七百萬，20％住院是六百多萬。
       靠不靠譜？
       一會兒玩兒戲，一會兒搞恐慌。
       這就是負責任政府的所謂的燈塔式行為模式嗎？

       為加州人民祈福吧，祝所有人平安！

附stay-home行為細則：
一）允許
•    Go to the grocery store 去超市
•    Go to the pharmacy to pick up medications and other healthcare necessities 拿藥
•    Go to medical appointments (check with your doctor or provider first) 看醫生，先預約
•    Take a walk, ride your bike, and be in nature for exercise — just keep at least six feet between you and others in the community. 散步，騎車，保持與他人6尺間隔
•    Walk your pets and take them to the veterinarian if necessary 遛狗看獸醫
•    Help someone to get necessary supplies. 助他人拿生活必需品

二）不允許
•    Go to work unless you are providing essential services as defined by this Order 不可以上班，除非公司業務屬於本行政令所規定的基本公共服務範圍
•    Visit friends and family if there is no urgent need 不可探親訪美友，除非情況緊急
•    Maintain less than 6 feet of distance from others when you go out, as possible 保持與人不少於6尺的距離
•    Travel to or from a job outside the City, unless to perform essential activities 不可以出城，除非情況緊急
•    Travel to or from a vacation home outside the City 不可去城外度假屋
•    Visit loved ones in the hospital, nursing home, skilled nursing facility, or other residential care facility不可去醫院、老人院、其它醫療和康複機構探視病人或者老人
