減肥- day 2- still over 104lbs

Dinner: watermelon cucumber salad, ragotoni pasta only finished a half.

Breakfast: 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 cup of AJ, 1 banana, little raisins, in microwave 1.5 mins.  I scoop of protein, 1 cup of water, a few ice cubes, little blueberry, mix in blender.  

watermelon and cherry tomato salad.  Chop green onions and cilantro, mix with lemon juice and vinegar.
