揉呀揉,然後靜置半個多小時.

把麵團分成小拳頭大小,然後把小麵團檊成一大薄片.

撒上適量的鹽和黑胡椒,抹均勻.再倒上適量的油,抹均勻.再均勻地撒上蔥花.

將餅從一邊卷起,成為一個長條的卷兒.
