I made it yesterday for dinner. Pretty easy. My daughter loves it, we had the leftover again for lunch. My mom bought the same tool from China for me. Yes, the dough needs to be rather soft, otherwise it's hard to go through the holes. I used one third of oat flour, or You Mian in Chinese.
