Perez and the Dodgers have reached an agreement on a one-year deal, according to FOX Sports. He is taking his physical Monday. The 28-year-old Perez was released by the Indians on Oct. 31. The right-hander saved 123 games for Cleveland from 2010-13. He went 5-3 with a 4.33 ERA and 25 saves in 54 appearances last season.
