I.對新冠肺炎病毒或其它未知的呼吸道病毒的簡單免疫方法的探討-本文僅用於科研人員的交流和討論,禁止試用。

目前對新冠肺炎病毒還沒有特效藥物治療和疫苗防疫。疫苗至少需要6個月才有可能用於臨床。為此,參考中國古代對天花的免疫方法,設計一個簡單實用的方法用於預防和免疫。

 

我有一個初步的想法,給病人發放75%的醫用酒精濕紗布,病人打噴嚏或咳嗽的時候對著這樣的紗布,使病毒吸附在紗布上。收集這些紗布,將紗布浸泡在生理鹽水裏,攪拌10分鍾,使病毒脫落於液體中,高溫加熱 (100攝氏度,30分鍾),使病毒徹底的滅活。

 

檢測液體中滅活病毒含量,給正常人的鼻腔滴入幾滴液體,連續滴鼻三天後,檢測人體的抗體。如果有了抗體,免疫就成功了。如果滅活的病毒不能通過鼻黏膜進入血液,可考慮先給動物微量注射,檢查其效果和安全性。

 

如果滅活的病毒,不能產生免疫力。可考慮用減活(降到病毒的致病力)的病毒。減活的方法有很多,如控製消毒的溫度和時間或化學處理。這些都需要經過科學實驗後,才能找到一個簡單易行而且可靠的方法。

 

這個方法簡單實用,可用於任何新的呼吸道病毒的早期免疫(即在標準的疫苗用於臨床之前)。但這個方法的效果和副作用如何,尚不得而知,因此不要自己試用。
