唱壇一朋友曾問我：“你一線白衣天使，責任重大。我醫生朋友不多，聽說生離死別見多了較為冷漠，可你好像不是！”
我回答：“在醫院，在診所，經常會聽到看到一些旁人不知曉的愛恨情仇悲歡離合生生死死的故事。作為醫生，確實生離死別見多了，但絕不冷漠而是冷靜 & empathetic。 作為醫生，除了要一顆悲天閔人之心，還要有處事不驚的平常心；”
人生除了生死， 其餘都是擦傷；作為醫者，感受最深，尤其這兩年。
