我的木工工具-壓刨（Thickness Planer）

我的壓刨是德偉735（DW735），該機器有3個刀片，雙速調控，最大木頭通過厚度為6英寸。我已經用過兩個同樣的機器，目前是第三個，前麵兩個基本用1-2年就買了，添點錢重新買新的。

這款機器對從家庭木工坊規格的使用者來的評價等級很高，在西方的木工愛好者中非常普及。但是經過多年使用，發現這款機器有幾個缺點，一是噪音巨大，運行時可以達到100-120dB，不帶放噪耳機久了肯定會對聽力有影響，二是對15amp的電路來說，如果進刀過深，容易造成配電箱跳閘，還有就是換刀的費用不菲。

和其它機器一樣，我也給它做了個架子，裝上滾輪，下麵放砂輪打磨機，以充分利用空間。

回複 'chinomango' 的評論 : 我的也有sniper的問題，我發現隻要把木頭底麵和機器的接觸麵保持密切接觸，不形成角度，進板和出板的時候注意一下，這個不是問題。我最煩的是它的高分貝噪音，準備把刀頭升級成螺旋刀頭shelix的，不過價格很貴，一直沒有決定下來。

這款是愛好者級別裏最好也是最貴的，但是網上說也有啃頭尾的問題，不知你的有沒有。
噪聲主要是馬達的問題。
