1. 韓式牡蠣煎餅
材料 :牡蠣,綠豆粉,蒜蓉,蔥花。
調味料 :細鹽,胡椒粉,甜辣醬。
做法 :綠豆粉以清水調成糊狀,加鹽/胡椒粉調味,放進牡蠣/蒜蓉/蔥花拌均;3-4大匙油燒熱,倒進水量材料以中火簡直外層酥脆即可,蘸甜辣醬食用。。。

2. 牡蠣酥
材料 :牡蠣,地瓜粉,薑蓉,蔥花,地瓜粉, 雞蛋。
調味料 :細鹽,魚露。
做法 :牡蠣洗淨抹幹水分,放進一茶匙魚露,2-3大匙地瓜粉,薑蓉/蔥花,少許細鹽拌均,3-4大匙油燒熱,放進牡蠣煎至外層酥硬,淋蛋液煎至凝固即可。
