Weekly BP vs SPX 120615

last week's BP at -50 which indicate not much participation in the buying side Even with Friday's strong upward movement. As mentioned last  couple weeks, market will continue to be choppy (up/down big swings). Best strategy would be buy low sell high. or stay on the side line. if it drops to the 2020-2040 area again, buy.
