underline price: extremes of either weakness or strength
size: stay small
IV: high and higher than the market
IV rank: > 50% and higher than the market
DTE: 45 days
POP: 65 - 75%
maximize ROC: > 0.4% per day
ROC = max profile / required margin
initial credit: > 1/3 of the strike spread
[* selling always picks strikes both are out of the money (OTM)]
[* buying always picks strikes one is ITM and another one is OTM]
profit target: 50% of the initiate credit
if DTE > 7 days, then
        do nothing except taking profit if the 50% target is met
else 
        if underline price is between the 2 strikes, then roll to next month
        if underline price is out of the farther strike, do nothing
        if underline price is within the closer strike, close and take profit.
