Direxion Daily China Bull 3X Shares (YINN)

The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of
the performance of the FTSE China 25 Index. The fund, under normal
circumstances, creates long positions by investing at least 80% of its assets
in the securities that comprise the FTSE China 25 Index
("Index") and/or financial instruments that provide leveraged
and unleveraged exposure to the index. The index consists of the 25 largest and
most liquid Chinese stocks listed and trading on the Stock Exchange of Hong
Kong ("SEHK"). The fund is non-diversified.

FXI iShares China Large-Cap (FXI)

The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of
large-capitalization Chinese equities that trade on the Hong Kong Stock
Exchange. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities
of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of
the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the FTSE
China 25 Index (the "underlying index"), which is designed to
track the performance of the largest companies in the Chinese equity market
that are available to international investors. The fund is non-diversified.
