挺好個周一, 被網購的麻煩弄得我極度不爽. Aussies are really dumb, dont ever do any business with them, that is my lesson. 上周二訂的泳衣, 周二當天就發送了, 我還覺得不錯, 本來擔心會花很多時間. 結果他們給我的tracking number根本沒有效, 無論是Australia Post, 還是日本郵政, 都不能track, no result at all. 於是, 上周五我就寫信給他們, 讓他們查一下那個tracking number, 究竟是號碼錯了, 還是什麽其他問題. 結果customer service的Lisa說, it takes a few days for the tracking number to reach the system, if it doesnt work next week, let her know. That is BULLSHIT!!! 隻要把包裹送進郵局, tracking number就應該進入係統, 可以開始tracking, which post office accepts it, and where it is sending... This Lisa is definitely still living in analog wolrd, brainless bitch! 既然她這麽說, 我就給她一次機會, 或許澳洲的郵政係統還處於史前狀態.
今天我又試了一遍, 還是無效, 於是又發EMAIL給他們. 這一回他們終於打電話去郵局問, 結果包裹找不到, 給我two options. One, they try to track the first parcel, which might take forever, the other, they send me a replacement today. Of cos, I took the second option, cos I want the swimsuit before leaving for vacation. Then they said if they send by EMS, which is faster, I need to pay extra, another $20!!! Are you kidding me??? I have paid $25 for the shipping fee, another $20??? Go to hell! Then I told Lisa to just send by Registered post, and I said that for this awkward situation happening, its definitely not my fault, I had suggested her to check it out since last week. If that dumb bitch ever listened to me, she should have figured out this fucked up thing earlier, its totally her fault. And guess what she say???
"As per our excellent customer service records we will provide the tracking
number by the morning. I do apologise for the inconvenience of the Postal
Service loosing your parcel, it very rarely happens and please note that it
is totally out of our control.
Your order was handled promptly and left the warehouse on the same day you
placed the order."
This attitude really got me, DAMN!!! Its so obvious that she made a mistake, just cos she was being LAZY last friday, didnt check on time. And she never apologized, but only for the postal service!!! Give me a fucking break!!! I was trying really hard to hold myself back from sending her an email to tell her to go fuck herself, cos I still want that swimsuit, damn! Hopefully by tomorrow morning, as she promised, I would get a new tracking number which actually works, or I would cancel my payment for sure!
Maybe I got spoiled by the real excellent service here in Japan, 在日本如果這種事情發生, 通常商家都會不停的道歉, 然後免費盡快把商品送到, 這是理所當然的. 這樣, 顧客才會原諒商家的錯誤, 今後繼續利用他們的服務. Aussie這種打死也不認錯的態度really really pissed me off, 簡直缺乏常識. 今晚還要去GYM繼續跑步, 消除鬱悶.
