第一天上班, 昨晚隻睡了3個小時, 我現在都幾乎神智恍惚.
早晨遲到15分鍾, 不明白為什麽一定要定在9點, 9點是這個車站最繁忙的時候, 無數人朝著不同的方向走, 我被擠得差一點兒出不來. 到辦公室, Jeff and Amir already there, 我們隨便聊了一會兒, 等Ben來. Ben是system developer, lives in hawaii, he will be here for a few months to help everything getting started. Ben原本是另一家公司的founder, 他的公司被一家大的日本公司merged, Ben拿了一筆錢, 和家人在HAWAII享受半退休的生活. 聽Jeff and Amir的意思, Ben好象是個"怪胎"級的人物, 我很好奇. 10點半, 遲到了半個小時, Ben終於來了, 風塵仆仆的拉著一個巨大的行李箱, 穿著打扮好象街邊彈唱的流浪藝術家, 他摘下帽子, 滿頭彈簧般的卷發, 怎麽也看不出他是個system developer, 真的是人不可貌相. Well, I think Ben is a nice guy, he has been very patient on explaining everything of the system to me. However, I like Amir more. Amir is the kind of guy who is very smart, but not aggressive at all, its very comfortable to talk with him. He has kinda mysterious power which could make people calm down, 從Amir身上感覺不到一絲敵意或危險, 我很難想象他生氣的時候會是什麽樣子. Amir is such a lovely guy, and he is married, with 2 boys, 1 is 2 years old, the other is 2 months old. When waiting for Ben, he told me about how he makes breakfast for his 2-year-old son, and I told him that I cant stand babies at all... LOL! Why all lovely guys already married and not being available at all??? This is a quite frustrating question.
Getting back to the real life, everything seems to be good now. I dont know what is waiting for me ahead, could be dangerous, could be fun.
