◎簡　　介
在上一集故事中成功破獲飆車幫搶劫卡車一案後，臥底警察布萊恩（保羅·沃克爾飾）這次又接到了新的任務：邁阿密的聯邦探員懷疑狡猾商人卡特·魏隆（科爾·豪瑟飾）利用他的進出口貿易公司當掩護，進行國際洗錢的勾當，卻一直苦於找不到證據。卡特酷愛非法的街頭飆車活動，除此之外很少跟外界接觸。
　　為此，聯邦調查局隻好再次派布萊恩出馬，打入邁阿密街頭飆車族的內部，獲取魏隆洗黑錢的證據，以期逮到這名國際洗錢組織的首腦。
　　為了獲得飆車族的信任，布萊恩不僅和他們一起從事犯罪活動，而且和頭目卡特·魏隆結為好友。同時，警方派在飆車族裏的另一位臥底，女警官夢妮卡·佛安蒂（伊娃·曼蒂絲 飾）也逐漸掌握了許多卡特犯罪的證據。
　　但事情卻出了岔子。原來，臥底女警官夢妮卡和犯罪頭子卡特有十分曖昧的關係，而布萊恩也不知不覺中愛上了夢妮卡，三人之間的關係越陷越深。與此同時，警方和FBI給布萊恩施加的壓力也越來越大，要求他必須盡快查出誰才是真正的首腦，找出卡特洗錢的證據。麵臨友情、愛情和法律，布萊恩不得不做出艱難的抉擇……
