SUMMARY:今天(9月05日星期四)開盤時的房貸利率價格和昨日相比變差。目前重新貸款40萬左右的利率,30年固定上漲至4.625%,15年固定上漲至3.625%,5/1 ARM維持在至3.625%。購房貸款40萬左右,30年固定利率上漲至4.5%,15年固定上漲至3.5%,5/1 ARM維持在3.25%。
