SUMMARY:雖然今天(11月1日星期四)股票市場走高,但銀行發布的利率價格和昨天相比卻暫時持平。目前重新貸款40萬左右的利率(不帶impound account)30年固定仍維持在3.5%。15 年固定仍為2.75%,5/1 ARM仍做不到no-cost。購房貸款40萬左右,30年固定的利率仍為3.375%,15年固定仍為2.5%,5/1 ARM仍為2.75%。 | ||||||
