【今日房貸利率】11月2日(星期三)- 利率回漲!

今日房貸利率(CA、MD、VA)

SUMMARY:今天(11月2日星期三)的利率回漲,41萬7以下重新貸款30年固定的利率又漲回到4%了!目前重新貸款41萬7以下30年固定略漲為4%,15 年固定略漲為3.375%,5/1 ARM仍保持在2.75%。購房貸款41萬7以下,30年固定利率仍為3.875%,15年固定仍為3.25%,5/1 ARM為2.5%。

在當前短期內利率上下波動的大環境下,建議想等低利率重新貸款的網友們,不要等到
利率降低的那一天才開始遞交申請。現在利率上升,其實正是遞交申請的好時機。因為
從遞交申請到能鎖定利率,還有很多準備工作要做,如order preliminary title
report,準備相關證明文件等,而遞交申請又不用付任何費用,隻要你和你的mortgage
broker說好,先不要order appraisal,你就不會有任何的out-of-pocket 的費用。在
當前整個房貸產業鏈都十分繁忙的時候,各個環節的處理速度都會受到業務量上升的影
響而減慢。這種時候更應趕早不趕晚,先將貸款申請準備完整並在lender那裏注冊,這
樣就可以早一點開始排隊等待underwriting。與此同時你已準備好,隻等利率一回落,
就可以出手鎖定利率了。

5. Credit score>=740;
6. No Impound/Escrow Account.

For Refinance, rates are based on No Point No Fee. So APR for Refinance = Refinance Rate.
