【今日房貸利率】9月22日(星期四)- 重貸30年固3.875%!

今日房貸利率(CA、MD、VA)

SUMMARY:沒有最低,隻有更低!今天(9月22日星期四)的利率繼續下跌!目前重新貸款41萬7以下30年固定跌至3.875%,15年固定仍為3.25%(因為這是15年固定最低的利率了),5/1 ARM跌至2.75%。購房貸款41萬7以下,30年固定利率跌至3.75%,15年固定仍為3.25%,5/1 ARM仍為2.5%。
