今日房貸利率(CA、MD、VA)

SUMMARY:今天(8月29日星期一)開盤的利率和上星期相比,30年固定和5/1 ARM的利率回漲!重新貸款41萬7以下30年固定漲回至4.25%,15年固定仍維持在 3.375%,5/1 ARM漲為3.125%。購房貸款41萬7以下30年固定利率漲為4.125%,15年固定仍為3.25%,5/1 ARM漲為2.75%。
