【今日房貸利率】7月7日(星期四)- 今天利率全麵上漲!

短評:今天(7月7日星期四)的利率和昨天相比又全麵上漲!重新貸款41萬7以下30年固定漲至4.75%,15年固定漲至3.875%,5/1 ARM漲至3.25%。購房貸款41萬7以下30年固定利率仍為4.5%,15年固定仍為3.75%,5/1 ARM略漲為2.875%。
