短評:今天(6月29日星期三)的利率繼續全麵上漲!重新貸款41萬7以下30年固定漲至4.625%,15年固定漲至3.875%,5/1 ARM漲至3%!購房貸款41萬7以下30年固定利率仍為4.375%,15年固定仍為3.75%,5/1 ARM漲至2.75%。 其實錯過上星期低利率重貸機會的朋友們其實也沒必要要沮喪。在當前利率上下震蕩頻繁的大環境下,先選好信得過的mortgage broker,將貸款申請先遞上去,將前期的準備工作先盡量完成(如title search,appraisal,文件簽字等等)。等到利率下降的時候,再抓住時機鎖定利率,是最穩妥的重新貸款申請方式。 | ||||||
