【今日房貸利率】5月27日(星期五)- 利率降了!

短評:今天(5月27日星期四)和昨天開盤時相比,利率普遍下跌!重新貸款41萬7以下30年固定降為4.5%,15年固定降3.75%,5/1 ARM 降為2.5%! 購房貸款41萬7以下30年固定利率降為4.375%,購房貸款41萬7以下5/1 ARM為2.375%。
