SUMMARY: 今天銀行第5次下調利率價格。加州重新貸款Conforming 10年固定和20年固定利率下降。馬裏蘭州購房貸款Conforming 10、15、20年固定都稍降,5/1 ARM仍保持在3.25%的水平。
