2. If you can not do 1, just tell her you loved her with all your whole heart before and wish her good luck and life long happiness with her new guy. If one day she regrets and come back to you, tell her you can not love her any more but you will treat her as good as before, you are always the person she can count on … if she needs you die for her, tell her you can do it but that has nothing to do with love ...

if you can not do either 1 or 2, you are not a man. The girl deserves a better one.
