Urgent: Should I buy a house with foundation cracks?

There are 4 cracks found from today\'s inspection:
1 major, the owner fixed already, 2 minor, and 1 in between.
Other than this issue, the house is in very good condition.
Should I be concerned about this? I have to make the decision by Monday.
