When I was smaller

Recently, Claire likes to say "when I was smaller...".  One day when she was watching me changing diaper for Olivia, she said "when I was a baby, I wore diaper".  I said "yes, now you are a big girl and can go to the bathroom all by yourself."  A moment later she said "when I was a baby, you took care of me".  Then who are taking care of you now?
