請教,我該放棄現住房還是死守?

老公又被雷了,在這個工作才上了不到2個月,去年在家閑了一年.現隻我一人上班,有小孩一個,7歲.我們在房價最高時買了房,35萬,30年,4.625%.每月房貸+稅+保險2300/月
車+摩托車貸款1014/月.再加每月生活費用,每月至少共需6500來維持.
我稅後3400/月,租金收入2300/月.還差800/月.
現市場不景氣,老公還不知什麽時候找到工作.我不想用完所有的積蓄來填這個房子.在外洲我們還有一房(還有貸款4萬),如果放棄現住房,我們可搬去外洲的那房,隻是我必須辭職(我在鎮府上班,很穩定).就怕搬去外洲,兩個都沒工作,要長時間找不到工作,怎麽辦?
