Sade終於又出新碟了，而且沒有辜負粉絲們近十年望眼欲穿的等待，意料之中地一下子創下了銷售突破5000萬張的紀錄。雖然她不再像十年前那麽年輕，但她那渾厚的嗓音依然如天鵝絨般柔軟華麗。
第一次知道她，還是在剛來日時打工的咖啡店，聽到她的那首No Ordinary Love，盡管那時我的生活還很拮據，可還是毫不猶豫地買下了那盤Love Deluxe，理由不僅僅是好聽，更重要的是讓人感到了一種愛的偉大。歲月如梭，八年後在2000年那寒冷的冬天裏，又聽到了她那首By Your Side，一首讓孤獨者瞬間就能感到溫暖的好歌，於是家裏又有了她那盤Lovers Rock，在那之後，雖然生活已將俺徹底地變成了一個隻關心一個月賺多少錢的くそじじ，但我偶爾還是會注意一下Sade是否有了新碟，令人意外的是新碟竟然又在十年之後。
Sade在18年中隻出了3張唱碟，難怪是首首都經典，特別是冠與新碟碟名的這首Soldier Of Love，更是讓聽者憂傷心碎，雖然歌中有一種有心無愛卻要生活的頹廢，但生活在現實中的很多人又何嚐不是如此呢？
