我在兩年前遞交了工作綠卡EB-2的485.同時申請了EAD和AP.其間換了雇主. 並用了一次AP.現在的EAD今年八月到期. 現在想申請婚姻綠卡, 決定自己辦.但被485的幾個基本問題卡住.
1. What is my Current USCIS Status? ( Parolee, Applicant for Adjustment of Status, or I485 pending? ) People tell me different things.
2. 緊接著的空格:Expires on: Shall I put down the expiration date on EAD card? or Shall I say N/A, since as long as my previous 485 is pending I can always renew EAD. Or should I put down the date the officer put on my I-94 when I entered the US, which is Aug, 28 2009? ( I used AP at the time )
3. For the Visa ( when, where, etc.) related questions in Part II, shall I put down N/A for all of them, Since I used AP? or should I put down the info from the last Visa before that?
4. Also Part II, for in What status did you last enter? should I put down Parolee?
