煮一大鍋水,水開了把米粉扔進去,關火,蓋蓋燜幾分鍾,然後用冷水衝,冷了泡到冷水裏,炒前瀝幹水份.

想做傳統的炒河粉,可是翻遍冰箱卻找不到牛肉,豆芽,蔥.不能等了,我今天就要吃.炒了青椒牛肉沫豆角.

把菜炒好了,再炒粉,放生抽老抽鹽糖調味.想提醒的一點是,別忘了加點糖進去,味道會大大的不同.我炒了三個人的份量,放了大半勺(tea spoon)的糖.
