BX is approaching its buy point at 26. Watch closely on this one. If you see volume kicking in and price going up, jump in and don't miss the train. Since this is only a Tuning Point state I'll only buy 10% of the position I want to build. Say you want to buy 1000 shares you should buy 100 shares. If it is working, add more on the way up. If it fails, cut loss and run. Your loss will be minimum if you trade this way.
