How can landlord report tenant payment history to credit bureau?

Is there a way landlord can report whether tenant pay rent on time or not to credit bureau? In doing so, can reward good tenant paying ontime with good credit history, and can put bad record in for bad tenant as a punishment?

I don\'t think most landlord do any of these. Please help.
