FIREWEED, what a beautiful name! It reminds me the the famous Tang Poem Regarding Weeds “野火燒不盡, 春風吹又生” (Wild Fire Not Able To Destroy, Spring Breeze Blows Back Life).
I developed an instant likeness to FIREWEED. It is pretty and lovely as any other flowers, yet it is strong and resilience as weeds! It survives the endless Alaska Winter and comes back in full bloom every spring to enjoy, to beautify, to contribute.
