Deck表麵翹起來怎麽辦？

去年買的房子，十幾年舊的，deck表麵翹起來了，就象起皮似的（如圖）。請問怎麽辦？是用刀片把它切下來stain，還是用膠水粘起來？
還有，哪些deck上的縫隙怎麽辦？
