是關於我母親，她本人現在中國。04年她和一個美國人結婚了，結婚後沒到一年她申請探親，到美國（好像是K3),被拒簽，理由是不相信他們的婚姻是真實的。被拒後，我的繼父在美國就另外找了一個律師，這位律師又幫我母親重新申請但是不再是K3，而是CR1，現在她的申請在加州的簽證中心，前天得到消息說現在要求我母親提供新的材料證實他們婚姻的真實性。1是要：A document of divorce from your previous husband.2是要：Affidavits sworn to or affirmed by third parties having personal knowledge of the bona fides of the marital relationship. (Each affidavit must contain the full name and address, date and place of birth of the person making the affidavit, his or her relationship to the petitioner of beneficiary, if any, and complete information and details explaining how the person acquired his or her knowledge of your marriage)。 我父母是在我母親再婚前10個月離得婚，而且他們是通過協議離婚，我媽聽她的朋友說如果是通過法院審判離婚才能有用，是嗎？ 還有我可以給我母親寫一份affidavits sworn嗎？ 對於我母親的簽證會有幫助嗎？ 謝謝！
